Partners in your calling to reach the least-reached
We help churches send their people on short-term trips (1–2 weeks), whether you want to coordinate with a Converge global worker or another agency. We also coordinate internships (6–10 weeks), residencies (2 years), and long-term mission service (4+ years).
We train all global workers in missional best practices to move the gospel forward, whether faithfulness to their calling means they spend a few days away from home or several decades.
Become a global worker
Forty percent of the world’s people have never experienced the Good News. Our global workers are reaching them. Would you like to join them?

[IM]PACT Internships (6–10 weeks)
Experience the unique culture of a foreign land while making an eternal impact by taking the gospel to the world’s least-reached people.

Rich in cultural heritage, they’re lovers […]
