MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR OF 2021 FROM BANGKOK, THAILAND!
My wish is that you and I may always remember and be thankful that God gave us the best Christmas gift ever – His Son Jesus! We are so blessed! The God who created this whole universe loves us and has a plan for our lives! May God bless you during this special season of Christmas and throughout the coming New Year of 2021.
I am reminded of one of my favorite Christmas carols called,” What Child Is This?” It has a verse that says:
“The King of kings salvation brings Let loving heart enthrone Him!”
May we give Christ the place He deserves in our hearts and lives. May you and your family (despite all the difficulties that this year has given) rejoice in this knowledge. God loves you!
Please remember to pray for the Thai people, many of whom have not even heard of Jesus! I am thankful that my students this month have heard a clear gospel message. May it not sound foreign or strange to their ears. May they accept Jesus into their hearts.
One nursing student who has been attending our cell group on Sundays, prayed to receive the Lord last week. We praise God for her decision!
Also, I praise the Lord for my first team member who will work with me at Silom. I was told yesterday that she would continue to work there.
On a personal note, my daughter Elizabeth works online full-time from home. She is living in San Antonio, Texas enjoying the company of a pair of delightful dachshunds – Radha and Pancho!
Finally, below are a few prayer requests for the new year. Thank you for your continued support of this ministry of ours!
PRAYER REQUESTS:
- That my students at Santisuk will open their hearts to the Lord
- That the Lord will give us one more team member to work with me at Santisuk Silom, one who can speak English and also lead the new church to be planted there.
- Cell Group’s Spiritual Growth
- For the salvation of Monz, Peh, Game, Bale, Bell, Fah, Jay, and Ink.
- My Thai classes and the Thai Competency Exam on January 23
