Dear Converge Family,

As we prepare for this year’s Biennial, we want to provide all member churches with the Biennial Guidebook, which includes the notice of the proposed bylaw amendments and business matters that will be considered part of the Biennial process.

The Biennial is an important part of the life and governance of Converge, providing an opportunity for delegates representing our churches and ministry partners to help steward the direction, accountability, and shared mission of our movement. This year is especially meaningful as we celebrate 170 years as a movement of churches united around a shared mission to help people meet, know, and follow Jesus.

In accordance with our bylaws, this information is being shared with member churches at least one month prior to the Biennial Meeting. Delegates have already been selected by churches and will soon begin reviewing and voting on these matters. Linked, you will find the full Biennial Guidebook for your review, which includes details regarding the proposed amendments and other business before the delegates.
