The Post-Christian world is in a leadership crisis. With only 3% of the UK population being born-again Christians the pool of leaders is so minimal that sound churches across the country are closing their doors. While America is heading in the same direction - just a few generations behind - how will we equip the next generation of leaders to engage a Post-Christian world with the truth of the Gospel?
Our family relocated to Los Angeles California in August of 2020 to support AT3's vision to see a thriving church in the Post-Christian world. God has called us to apply to The knowledge and experience of years serving in UK to join AT3 in raising up 1000 leader in the US and 1000 leader in the UK by 2035.
In 2020 Converge and AT3 asked me to take a position as AT3 mobilization director where I recruit, identify, train, and send our 2-month summer interns and 2 year ministry apprentices. I have a deep desire to see young leaders like myself serve the local church in the UK as they seek to reach to British population where only 3% are considered born again Christians and future proof their leadership through training in a Post-Christian context.
Praise the Lord he has also given us an opportunity to be based in the heart of Los Angeles at a Converge church plant in Atwater Village "Where brunch spots are the new Sunday morning worship service." I work alongside the founder of AT3 in establishing a Gospel centered church in the heart of LA in a very post-christian community.
We are very blessed by the ministry the Lord has given us, and we are asking God for partners who will help us accomplish this vision of raising up 1000 leader in the US and 1000 leaders in the UK by 2035.
