Ten missionary candidates were approved to continue their journey to become Converge global workers during the organization’s Missionary Discovery & Assessment in Orlando, Florida, July 26-29, 2022. This candidate group include people from different ages and stages of life with interests in a variety of ministries in four of Converge’s international regions.

Missionary Discovery & Assessment is a Spirit-led time for candidates to discover more about God, themselves, others and their call to ministry. Over three and a half days, Converge assessors evaluated the candidates for spiritual, emotional and relational health and suitability for serving cross-culturally worldwide.

• Seven candidates received a “Go” recommendation, which means they are ready to serve in cross-cultural ministry with some recommended preparation.
• Three candidates received a “Prepare” recommendation. They need to engage in long-term preparations before serving cross-culturally.

We are asking God for a gospel movement among every least reached people group ― in our generation.
