Our approach in the Nordic-Baltic Initiative is to build on the existing ministry foundations and expand those ministries to reach the least-reached.

We are asking God to establish a Converge team in all eight countries of the Nordic-Baltic Initiative by 2031 that consist of: a Team Leader, three to six fielded Global Workers, two Identified Projects and two National Partners that are effectively pursuing the development of transformational leaders and gospel movements.

Funding sent to this project ensures our ability to pioneer into new areas and build relationships throughout the region for gospel influence.
