Converge is made up of 10 geographic regions across the U.S. to serve you and your church as you fulfill Christ’s mission. Each region is led by a regional president with a team ready to support churches, pastors, and staff in their region.

In addition to your local regional team, your church has the support of the Converge national team to unify and strengthen our efforts as a movement. Together, Converge is family of churches where you can connect to other leaders to receive support, encouragement, and prayer to help fulfill your calling and make a greater Kingdom impact.

Biblical Diversity

Gospel movements affect entire communities and bridge across social, economic, language, ethnic and cultural barriers. Converge’s Biblical Diversity team is passionate about helping our districts and churches respond to the great challenges of the church modeling the power of reconciliation and collaboration that the gospel provides. We lead Converge’s efforts in diversity training and racial and ethnic reconciliation and work closely with the cultural and ethnic groups and congregations that make up our movement.

That’s why Converge’ church planting team is passionate about starting churches that start churches. We are committed to helping you start healthy, missionally minded churches and launch new campuses.

Converge’s Church Strengthening team trains you with the tools you need to grow as a leader. Our team also helps provide the support you need to maintain spiritual, emotional and physical health so that your ministry and personal life thrive. We teach you how to break growth barriers, create effective outreach and discipleship strategies and become financially self-sustaining to increase ministry impact and reach more people in your community for Jesus.

International Ministries

Converge’s International Ministries team works to help your church develop effective missions strategies and opportunities to reach people with the gospel in key areas of the world. We are passionate about helping your church’s missions ministry become more effective and make a greater kingdom impact worldwide as your people develop a heart for missions.

Our team also works closely with over 170 strategically-placed missionaries in countries around the world as they lead the lost to Christ by starting church planting movements and developing national leaders, as well as many more who are currently going through our highly-respected missionary assessment and deployment process.

National Ministries

Converge’s National Ministries team exists to help you build healthy leaders, bring your people together to become the church God called you to be and multiply your church or start new churches to reach more people with God’s love.

Our National Ministries office provides coaching, training, networks and group cohorts and resources to help your church make a greater gospel impact. But Converge’s National Ministries office goes beyond investing in pastors and church staff. The Bridge Network is our national network of women reaching women for support and encouragement. We also commission and support chaplains who serve in various capacities in the United States and abroad.

President's Office

The president’s office supports Converge president Jenkins as he shapes the vision for the movement as we start and strengthen churches and send missionaries around the world. President Jenkins and his team also help build partnerships with other like-minded organizations to reach the world with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
