Where Would You Be?

Where would you be if you did not know Jesus?
 
Can you remember what life was like for you before you knew Jesus? Where would you be now if you never knew Him as your Savior? Seriously…take a moment and imagine…

I know where I would be without the hope I found in Christ. As a teen, I struggled with clinical depression and was lost. Without God’s grace, love, and hope in Christ, I would have taken my own life. My husband Pat would never have met me, and my three sons, David, Jordan, and Jonathan, would not exist. Twenty-seven years of mentoring jr. high students and telling them about a God who loves them and the hope we have in Christ would not have happened….and I could go on.

The thought that haunts me is that there are still 70,000 people a day who die who have never even heard the name of Jesus or even have access to someone who could tell them that there is a Savior who can change lives, bring hope, and want to know them personally!

This reality drives me to dedicate my life to changing this greatest injustice. This is why I serve on the U.S. Engagement Team in Converge International Ministries. We ask God for a Gospel Movement among every least reached people group in our generation!

God’s Great Commission to go and make disciples of ALL NATIONS has not been completed. There are roughly 6,000 people groups that have not heard the name of Jesus. Together, we finish the task that God has called each of us to complete.

I am so close to being fully funded. I only need 15 people to partner with me at $100 a month or 30 people at $50 a month, and then I can be commissioned to start working full-time as a missionary. Could God be calling you to be one?
