Thank you for your prayers as we PREPARE  for our Biggest Launch ever!

• What?  “Launch” Equipping Converge global workers
  with the resources they will need to be prepared to serve with health
  and preparedness: Biblical basis, history/culture of Converge technical
  skills, financial tools. As they walk away, they’re launched: ready to
  build their ministry team.
• Who? New Converge Appointees going to Benin,
  Europe, Poland, Thailand, Togo, to the deaf community home and abroad as
  well as ministering to the children of global workers.
• Why? Because healthy, properly prepared, fully supported global workers will reach many for Christ and multiply laborers.
• Where? Orlando, Converge Office.
• When? Sept 9-11, 2020.
• How? Now  -that’s-  a  good  question!  We will be socially distancing.

September’s Launch training for Converge
Appointees will be unique because we are blessed with American Sign
Language  participants. God’s heart is to reach everyone, and, Converge
is trusting the Lord to continue to lead the way.

“As
each one has received a special gift, employ it in serving one another
as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.”   I Peter 4:10

 What we have heard from a few we coached:
               “…an hour ago I felt there was too much to do, now I have a plan…”
               “…I didn’t even know what I needed, but, now I know what to do…”
And from one of team members:
               “…you are doing a great job here, you are a crucial part of our team…” 

Your support for us over the decades has been used by God to allow us to
speak, by experience, into the lives of men and women headed into the
harvest. While helping one young couple discover where they might serve,
after an interview with a missionary on that field, they said to us: 
“I feel like God has planned this for us all our lives!”  We thank the
