Hi friend,

Kristen and I are excited to continue the next couple of miles in this marathon to get to Togo, Africa after our first few miles through the application and deputation process with Converge. Since those first few miles, we have partnered with Converge and their 6˚ Initiative as missionaries. With busy weeks flying by in work and continuing education for both of us, we press towards the goal of reaching Togo by January 2020.

In order to reach that goal we have started to prepare for the numerous opportunities to partner with families, individuals, and churches by meeting with a coach weekly. Our time with our coach focuses on how to better share our story and vision to reach the people of West Africa. We have been blessed with the prayer, support, and guidance from our coaches,mentors, friends and family thus far and are hoping to keep the ball rolling in to the beginning of next year. Our hope is to be 10% funded by the end of 2018; we’re currently at 6%! 

Our team in Togo continues to tell us stories of how lives are being changed with the good news of the Gospel on a weekly basis. We know the Lord is continuing to grow the team and the influence that we have in the states and Togo. Our prayer is for God to continue to bring people to the team that are wanting to make Jesus known among the nations whether they are state-side or living abroad.
