Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!
If you’re anything like us, your holiday season has looked a little different this year compared to years past – maybe fewer (or zero) gatherings, or getting together with less people than usual. For us it has meant cutting down from our usual seven(!) Christmas celebrations to just three, and with significantly fewer people than we’re used to. Though it’s been difficult not being able to see much of our family in-person, we know God is working all things for the good and for His glory! We’ve come to appreciate more and more the time we do have with our families and have had in the past, and I’m sure we won’t be taking the time for granted once we’re finally able to get together again! We hope, despite some differences and difficulties this season, that you and yours have been able to find a few positives, and have maybe even created some new traditions that you’ll keep going in the coming years. As we reflect on 2020 and look forward to 2021, I pray we can be thankful for what has passed, and hopeful for what is to come in the new year!
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11
