Job description

SUMMARY

To handle communication with current and potential investors and process all related transactions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer all questions primarily regarding the Fund's investment offerings.
  • Process all investment transactions.
  • Handle all necessary correspondence with investors.
  • Maintain Investor files with proper documentation for various transactions as well as ownership and beneficiary issues.
  • Distribute quarterly statements to investors.
  • Distribute annual 1099-INT forms to investors
  • Report IRA transaction to third party administrator and Custodian
  • Maintaining investor pipeline through CRM
  • Other duties may be assigned

OCCASIONAL DUTIES

  • Periodic reporting for annual audit and certificate registration

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from current and potential Investors, Converge staff and leadership. 

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and calculate percentages.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

REQUIREMENTS

This employee should have excellent written and oral communication skills as well as good computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office software. Especially proficient in the use of word processing and Excel spreadsheets.
