Steve has been a pastor and part of the Converge family for over 30 years, serving with Central Baptist in Tacoma, Washington, Bethany Baptist in Puyallup, Washington, Willow Glen Baptist in San Jose, California, Kenmore Community Church in Bothell, Washington, and Northshore Community Church in Kirkland, Washington. He has served as district executive minister since 2006. Before his current role, Steve spent five years as a management consultant with his own company, Journey Consulting.
