Residency (2-4 years). Join the Estonia Team as a Resident worker. Residents support on-field staff and national leaders for a fixed period of time. Residency can lead to even longer term work in the region. Residents help develop, implement, and support programming, including evangelism, coordinating church teams, and mentoring national leaders and volunteers. In addition, Residents provide valuable leadership for outreach events using a variety of methods including: cooking, music, art, drama, sports, and outdoor activities.
