Internship (6 weeks – 12 months). Explore cross-cultural ministry as an intern alongside the Estonia Team. Immerse yourself in the day-to-day ministry work and allow God to shape and expand your calling in life. Interns will have the opportunity to engage in ministry work while receiving mentorship from our Global Workers. Interns will experience different aspects of ministry in Estonia as the seasons come and go. Summer opportunities include camp and outdoor ministries while the other seasons will focus more on small groups and outreach activities through The Refuge Ministry Center.
