As I reflect on the past two months in this role, my heart is full of gratitude—for each of you, for the work God is doing in our region, and for the opportunities ahead.

For those of you still wondering if you should come, the answer is YES! Attending Advance is vital, not only for the valuable training and insights you’ll gain but also for the unity it brings to our mission.

As I step into the role of Regional President, I’m filled with gratitude for the extraordinary growth and impact we’ve experienced over the past season. God has been incredibly faithful, and we are standing on the shoulders of those who have labored with such dedication and faithfulness.

It’s hard to believe that In a few short weeks, my tenure as Regional President of Converge Northeast will come to an end. I am grateful for the privilege of serving the pastors and leaders of the Northeast Region. Through their faithful support, our regional ministry is on solid foundation and is strongly advancing to strengthen existing churches and start new churches, here, near and far.

This past weekend, I had the joy of participating in the ordination service of one of our Converge pastors. I will then participate in another ordination service on June 23.
