If you are a current donor with a recurring donation, your donation will continue as normal.
To get started to view and manage your donations on the new donor portal, look for an email from donations@converge.org—it may not arrive immediately, but it will be coming soon. Once you receive your invitation, you are welcome to set up your new password right away, or simply wait until the first time you’d like to explore the donor portal and all the great features it offers.
What to expect with my new Donor Portal?
✔️ Starting June 2, you will see your donation history.
✔️ Later the week of June 2 you will be able to start managing your recurring donations and payment methods.
How do I set up my new Donor Portal?
✔️ Accept your invitation
You’ll receive an email from donations@converge.org inviting you to join the portal.
Note: if you haven’t received the invitation by 6/4/25, please check your spam folder or contact the donor care team.
✔️ Verify the name and email
Verify the name and email address to use for your account. Please use the email address that this invitation was sent to.
✔️ Check your inbox
Check your email inbox for the 6-digit code from Blackbaud to confirm your email address
✔️ Create a password and sign in
Important: Please use the same email address where you received this message. If you would like to use a different email address, please contact donor care before taking any steps.

Q. What is this new portal about?
We have partnered with Blackbaud, a leading software provider to non-profit organizations, to give you a better online giving experience. This new system will also help us serve you better behind the scenes.
Q. When is the launch?
The portal is set to launch on June 2nd, the same time as our new Converge website.
Q. What new benefits will I experience with the new donor portal?
You will now be able to view all your donations in one convenient place, whether you give online, by check in the mail, ACH and/or WIRE transfers.
With our new system, you will have more control over managing your donation amounts, payment frequency, payment type, and address updates.
Credit card expiration dates will automatically update in the new system.
Q. How will this affect me?
You will receive an email from donations@converge.org inviting you to join the new portal.
The link in the email will direct you to the portal, where you will be prompted to create a new login. Once inside, you will find a range of new features designed to make managing your donations easier than ever.

Q. How will the transition to Blackbaud affect my current recurring donations?
Your recurring donations will continue to be processed as before. However, to view and manage your donation, you will need to create a login to the new portal.
Q. How will the transition to Blackbaud affect my current donation receipts?
You will receive donation receipts the same way as before.
Q. Will I still be able to manage my donations online with the new platform?
Yes, the new portal will continue to offer convenient online donation management, along with other features like tracking donation history (including any offline donations like mailed-in checks), and accessing receipts.
Q. How can I access my year-end giving files
Your year-end giving statements will be available to download from your portal account by January 31st of each year. Donation history is available to view anytime on your portal account.
Q. I need to change my recurring donation right now. How do I do this?
Great, you can log in to the new donor portal by looking for the email that was sent starting June 2. If you have an existing account, you will receive an email from donations@converge.org inviting you to join the new portal.
The link in the email will direct you to the portal, where you will be prompted to create a new login. Once inside, you will find a range of new features designed to make managing your donations easier than ever.

Q. How does the new platform improve security for my personal and financial information?
The new donor portal will continue to have the highest security standards to protect your personal information, including a secure platform with premium fraud management and PCI-compliant payment processing.
Q. What payment options will be available with the new donor platform?
The platform will support most major debit and credit cards, as well as bank accounts.
*The platform currently does not support various payment options i.e., (digital wallets, PayPal and Apple Pay).
