Story
It is the year 2024 and still, only 2% of the 70 million Deaf people in our world, have heard of Jesus and His amazing love for them. The harvest truly is plenteous but the laborers are so few. At Converge we are asking God for a gospel movement among the. least reached in our generation. We believe we are on the cusp of seeing the gospel movement we have been praying for for so long. For this reason, Charity and I have joined the Deaf Catalyst Team at Converge to help reach the unreached and equip Deaf disciples to make Deaf disciples. One way we live this out is through planting house churches that are simple in structure for the sake of multiplication.
“How will they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in Him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching?” (Romans 10:14)
God is allowing us the opportunity to work alongside some of America’s most fruitful Deaf leaders. Together, we are praying and working to see a gospel movement among the least-reached Deaf, in our generation. How will they hear? They will hear the gospel in their heart language - sign language.
Would you pray about how you, too, can be join our team and be part this extraordinary effort?
Our prayer is to be at 100% by the end of March. Your prayer and financial support allows us to do this valuable Kingdom work full-time.
Thank you.
We wanted to share an important update with you. One largest financial ministry partner has redirected their monthly support to cover international travel expenses related to witnessing a disciple-making movement among the Deaf. While we fully respect that decision, this change has impacted our monthly budget, creating a shortfall for both us and others on our team.
As of January, our outflow of resources has exceeded our inflow, putting us in a challenging financial position. We are actively praying and trusting God to raise up new ministry partners to help meet our needs. Your prayers during this time are greatly appreciated. We trust in God's faithfulness to provide for all our needs, and we believe He will do so.
If you would like to know more, please feel free to contact us. Thank you for your continued support and partnership in this vital mission.
Blessings,
The Dublins
