"Claiming to be wise, they became fools, and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images resembling mortal man and birds and animals and creeping things." Romans 1:22-23 (ESV)
The Middle East is the Bible's prominent setting. Years ago, Jesus proclaimed his truth, bled, died and rose again in the Middle East. The apostles preached the gospel in the Middle East, and it became a foremost part of Christianity. Today, the majority of the Middle East has exchanged this truth for images. However, that's not the end of the story. The refugee crisis has presented a unique opportunity for the gospel to be heard. Many are coming to church and are searching for answers. I will be working with a handful of Christians in a location that is less than 0.7 percent evangelical Christian. Our team will work primarily with refugees, with my emphasis on discipling the women who comprise over two-thirds of those who venture into the church. Our team seeks to glorify God, make disciples and proclaim hope to the hopeless, and your financial help is key. Please partner with me in helping to share the gospel and reclaiming the Middle East for Christ. The Lord is far from finished with it.
