As the Converge Africa Impact Team Advance (CAITA) expands into further theological, character, and skill development of emerging leaders, it is more than vital to be able to provide much needed resources for bachelors, masters, and doctoral level leaders in partnership with Converge in Africa. During the first 3 years of ministry, launch seed money will enable leaders to continue their training. There are also needs for disciple-making leadership resource help at the certificate level.

Your gift to the Developing Disciple-making Leaders -DDL project/ministry fund will enable us to help our partners grow in practical ways resulting in healthy churches planted among the least reached.

• Our Converge Africa Impact Team Advance (CAITA) is partnering with the Institut de Formation in Côte d’Ivoire to train national students to be missionaries.  These missionaries are passionate to reach the unreached for Christ, but in most cases, they have gone out with few resources to live. 
• Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire higher education students are looking for sponsorship for scholarships with Kairos University.
• Liberian emerging leaders need help to pay tuition, living expenses, tuition and mentoring for theological degrees
• Uganda – pastors and emerging leaders seeking further theological training.
