The Converge Ethnic Ministries are ethnic teams representing various ethnicities and cultures as member churches within the Converge movement. The ethnic ministries serve as organized expansion ministries in partnership with the Converge National Office as ambassadors and advocates to multiply and expand the vision and mission of Converge by planting ethnic churches and assisting the ten Converge regions in assessing and affiliating new ethnic churches within each region.

The Haitian Ethnic Ministry starts and strengthens Haitian churches in U.S., but to send global workers to churches in Haiti. This ministry identifies potential church planters and strengthens churches through conferences, training and coaching. The goal is to identify people with a heart for Haiti who are willing to plant a church in every Haitian community throughout the U.S., Haiti and around the world.
