I'm a 38-year-old Brazilian pastor. My wife Rafaella and I have been married 12 years, and we have 2 kids, André (5) and Elisa (2). We live in Curitiba, the capital of Paraná State. I'm the lead pastor of Igreja Betania. I also lead the Church Revitalization team that provides consultations, training, and mentoring for pastors and churches through systems, processes, and actions aligned with the vision, mission, and organizational goals of Converge Brazil. We are asking God for a growing a gospel movement in every metropolitan region with over a million people in Argentina, Uruguay, and South Brazil ― in our generation. I'm working to see this vision happen by helping churches develop a kingdom vision to reach all the unreached communities in our area. We are working in three different states and moving forward to reach Uruguay and Argentina.
