Growing up, I got to experience life differently from a lot of people. I got to encounter Jesus at a very young age and have spent my life growing and developing my faith. Through my journey, I have discovered a passion for missions and a deep desire to reach the lost. In the past 20 years, God has granted me knowledge, gifted me wisdom, and walked me through stories that He will use to bring His kingdom here on earth. My deepest desire is to take what I have learned and utilize the experience God gave me to reach the lost and share the good news of Jesus Christ.
This summer, I will be going to the UK for 8 weeks serving alongside Danbury Mission Church. In doing this, I will have the opportunity to strengthen, develop, and inspire churches all over the world by bringing the gospel to least reached people groups. I get the chance to be God’s hands and feet, develop leaders in Christ, and disciple others in faith.
I am seeking those who want to support me in my journey. Your support, whether that be partnership in prayer, mentorship, or financial giving will help guide me along God’s path and bring the gospel to those around the world. Thank you for your consideration, thoughtfulness, and support in my journey as I prayerfully walk down the path God has for me.
When I was 8 years old, I decided that I wanted to grow up and be a doctor. In turn, I made science my favorite subject. I would read science textbooks over summer break, study online anatomy courses, and enroll myself in any extra science classes I could take. In college I majored in biomedical sciences with hopes to move onto med school after. Obviously, God had a vastly different plan for my life. When I was a senior in college, I stumbled upon a job in the field of special education and fell in love with it. It was not what I had planned, but I opened myself up to God and let Him lead me. At that point, I realized how much good God can do when you let Him take the drivers seat.
Later, God called me to move across the country and take up residence in Arizona. I got plugged into a church out here, and the rest is history. Since then, my faith and trust in the Lord has grown more than I ever thought possible. In the past year or so of living here, God has placed a deep desire on my heart to pursue missions and bring the gospel to those who are lost. Through a huge leap of faith, I now have the opportunity to go and spread God’s love to the people in the UK.
As I move into this new chapter of my life, I am giving God full control and letting Him guide me through what I believe will be absolutely lifechanging.
During my time in the UK, I will be staying in Danbury, a village in the city of Chelmsford. Danbury was built on the site of an old hill fort used for protection in the Neolithic era. While once inhabited by people from the Iron Age, the Romans, and the Saxton tribe, the small village now has a population of nearly 6,500.
