I grew up Ruston Louisiana where I was homeschooled until my sophomore year of high school and then I went to public school.
I met Jesus when I was pretty young, but it wasn’t until my sophomore year of high school that I truly started to have a deeper relationship with Jesus.
A meaningful thing about Jesus that has shaped and changed me was seeing and truly knowing how he loves me and has never forsaken me.
Working at a Christian summer camp this summer was life changing. Seeing the spark in children’s eyes when they met the Lord for the first time was something that I will cherish forever. It brought me back to the time that I was young and met Jesus for the first time and that made me want to share the good news of Jesus to everyone!

This summer I will be going to Japan to share the love of Jesus. I chose this location because I experienced such an excitement and a peace after meeting with the leaders in the Japan initiative. I felt like this was something that the Lord was using to lead me to Japan. My responsibilities this summer in Japan will be serving the local leaders, community, and anyone else that the Lord puts in my path. I’m trusting that the Lord is going to use this time allow me to share His love and the amazing news of Jesus.

My motivation for going to Japan is to truly just share the gospel and do what the Lord is calling me to do this summer. I hope to grow in my abilities to share the gospel and loving others as Jesus does.

Thank you so much for supporting and praying for me as I begin this new chapter in my life. Your prayers are more appreciated and needed than you know as I prepare to go to Japan. I am praying to see Gods hand over this new experience, and I am so grateful for His guidance through this journey.
