Story

Hello friends!

My name is Haydn Ulven. I am from Saskatchewan, Canada, but I’m currently studying law in Belfast, Northern Ireland. When I’m not busy with schoolwork or spending time with the people I love, I enjoy filling my time with running, watercoloring, journaling, getting coffee, hiking, cooking, baking, and being in God’s creation.

From a young age, God placed in me a curiosity about different countries, cultures, religions, and a heart for the nations. Alongside this, He gave me a passion for advocacy and social justice and a desire to help others. It comes as no surprise, then, that these passions have shaped my path, leading me across the world to study law and now to step into missions.

I’m thrilled to share that this summer I’ll be interning with the 6 Degree Initiative in Togo and Benin. During this time, I’ll have the privilege of participating in children’s camps, leadership training in local churches, and various other evangelism and outreach opportunities. As I live and serve cross-culturally in West Africa, I’m excited to share the love of Jesus, be challenged, grow in humility and faith, deepen my relationship with Christ, and continue pursuing His purpose for my life.

Please partner with me as I submit myself to the Lord and seek to serve Him faithfully with a humble heart.
