For a little over a year, Jason has felt the Lord leading him into vocational ministry but felt ill-equipped to do so. We learned about a program based in the UK called AT-3 (Alliance for Transatlantic Theological Training) that will allow Jason to obtain formal theological education while apprenticing in a local church. Our hearts ached when we learned that the United Kingdom is now considered post-Christian. The church there has been steadily declining, with only about 3% of the population being born-again believers. Unfortunately we see the parallels here in the United States.

We are very excited to become better equipped to spread the love of Jesus in a country faced with an onrush of secularism. The British church is in desperate need of more leaders. Jason will assist the church in discipleship building, with the goal of raising up British leaders that will continue to make an impact far beyond our time in the U.K.
