Steve and Jenny Valentine, along with their 4 kids served as missionaries in Poland from 2015-2023. During their time in Poland, they focused on disciple making and church planting as well as developing a team of missionaries across multiple Eastern European countries. The Valentine family relocated to the central Florida area but continue to serve in a variety of leadership roles within Converge. Steve continues to provide leadership for the 15:5 West Initiative — which is a focused effort of Converge that hopes to see gospel movements across the countries of Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia. Steve also is the leader of the Training and Development Team ensuring the global workers of Converge IM are equipped for their specific ministries around the world.
