We have both experienced brokenness in our personal lives and have witnessed the redemption God has created in our own story. Together, we have a love for people worldwide and desire for them to experience the same opportunity for redemption. We are passionate about using the gifts God has created in us to help others see God’s vision for the world.

Our core role with Converge will be centered on mission engagement and partnership, connecting with churches to help them become more deeply and effectively involved in supporting mission work. This will include providing education on global needs through the Discover Missions experience, and cultivating a mission-minded culture. We hope to leverage our leadership experience and gifts of administration by partnering with churches to lead strategic short-term mission trips, ensuring they are well-planned, sustainable, and effective in supporting the long-term work of sharing the Gospel with the least reached.
