Bill and Stephanie became interested in serving in missions after they had gone on multiple mission trips with their 3 daughters when they were young. Their family members all serve in missions in some capacity, including their oldest daughter currently full time. As Bill and Stephanie helped their daughters, and others, with missionary needs, they desired to go into member care support full time. Bill and Stephanie will be resource coordinators with Converge, helping to develop, organize, and maintain a list of available member care resources for global workers. Bill and Stephanie will assist the global workers/missionaries in identifying and connecting with the care, tools, and support they need to thrive in their personal lives and ministry contexts. They will provide encouragement and prayer support to missionaries, through emails, handwritten notes, and in person visits when possible. Bill and Stephanie’s goals are to help give missionaries/global workers support needed to be successful.
