We long to see a thriving church in the post-Christian world. Therefore, we are raising up the next generation of church planters, missionaries and church leaders through sending them on mission to the United Kingdom where they will be on the front lines of ministry to post-Christian people through local churches across the UK. 

In the next 3 years we anticipate mobilizing over 150 Mission Interns and Apprentices to serve God's mission in the UK. We partner with local churches in places like London, Edinburgh, Liverpool, Manchester and Birmingham to mobilize men and women to reach into the post-Christian world. The UK is one of the least reached countries on the planet at only 2.7% evangelical Christians. 

God is moving and we continue to have dozens of future leaders come to the UK every year for our Summer Mission Internship and our 2 Year Ministry Apprenticeship. Most of our Interns and Apprentices go on to serve as church planters or Converge Global Workers. Will you join us as we raise up these leaders?
