We have the privilege of partnering with church planting, strengthening and revitalizing movements as well as leading, caring and investing in our Converge global workers (missionaries) and Converge partnerships throughout Europe and the Mediterranean-Middle East.

• Europe and the Mediterranean-Middle East is unreached.
• Europe knows religion, but less than 2 percent claim to know Jesus personally.
• In the Middle East less than 1 percent claim to know Jesus personally.

• Lead: We are leading global workers and teams across Europe/Mediterranean-Middle East to be visionary in their planning, strategic in their engagements and developing leaders in the context of their ministries. We are creating opportunities for training and coaching and striving for multiplication in the countries where they serve.
• Care: We are caring through personal involvement in each global worker’s life. Missionary work is challenging. We help our workers develop healthy relationships as well as providing ministry resources to be most effective in the country they serve.
• Invest: We are investing in the global worker’s spiritual growth, marriages (or singleness), families and ministries. We also lead conferences where global workers come together to gain strength and encouragement from one another as well as receive opportunities to learn and be challenged to move forward in their work.

Amanda and I are asking you to pray about a new way of embracing global missions. The work we are doing in Europe and the Mediterranean-Middle East allows you to play a significant role in helping people come to meet, know and follow Jesus. We truly count it a privilege to partner with you as God directs us to implement his vision in Europe and the Mediterranean-Middle East.
