We have all held our breath during the recent 12-day conflict between Israel and Iran. Even with a fragile cease-fire in place, a major humanitarian crisis continues to unfold inside Iran: widespread displacement, disrupted infrastructure and broken windows and light structural damage from the shockwaves near targeted sites. An estimated six million displaced and vulnerable families—including members of the underground Christian community—now lack reliable access to food, shelter and medical care.
In the face of this overwhelming need, there is an urgent call to action to bring relief and hope to those affected. Through trusted local partners, Converge is responding in Jesus’ name. Will you partner with us? Your gifts will provide:
- Two daily meals (cold lunch; hot dinner)
- Diapers, baby formula and children’s nutrition
- Menstrual hygiene products
- Family hygiene kits and hand sanitizer
- Over-the-counter medicines and urgent medical care
- Emergency items such as blankets and basic clothing
Looking Ahead—Rebuilding Hope
When the headlines fade, the needs will persist. Additional funding will underwrite:
- Safe transportation so families can relocate away from radiation fears or return to safer areas
- Replacement window glass and minor structural repairs for homes and meeting spaces
- Small tools and supplies to help pastors and lay leaders reopen worship gatherings
- Continued food and medicine distribution while communities stabilize
Your partnership will meet both immediate relief and long-term restoration needs. As believers serve their neighbors in practical ways, many are experiencing Christ’s love for the very first time.
Thank you for standing with our brothers and sisters in Iran and empowering them to extend compassion in a time of deep need.
