Key Responsibilities:
- Is responsible for the health and growth of student ministry, including volunteers and programming.
- Creates and implements a plan to align student ministry with global church strategy to foster lifelong disciples.
- Partners with parents in disciple-ing their students.
- Participates as a key member of the pastoral team in shepherding the church.
- Serves as one of the pastors on the preaching team, potentially preaching up to 5 times per year in a Sunday morning service.

- Skilled at preaching and communicating

- Functions well within a collaborative team environment
- Strong work ethic
- Organized & solution-oriented
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-4 years of related ministry experience
