The worship/creative arts pastor will need to have a discipleship heart and mentality. We are looking to “Grow Young” by raising up our youth and provide them with opportunities to serve in numerous ways, including in worship.
We would like the person who fills this position to be able to help with the audio and visual technology or at least be able to develop a team. We already have several people capable and willing to serve.
