Lead Pastor, Nother Campus

WayPoint Church is seeking a dedicated and visionary Lead Pastor for our North Campus in Gig Harbor, Wshington. This full-time position is a unique opportunity to lead and equip a vibrant, growing congregation within a community that blends rural charm with proximity to urban amenities.

Role & Responsibilities:
The Lead Pastor is the spiritual and strategic leader of the campus, responsible for:
• Providing and executing a unified vision for the North Campus.
• Overseeing all campus ministries and managing staff and non-staff leaders.
• Preaching sermons that engage and inspire the congregation.
• Shepherding the flock with care and dedication.
Leadership Structure:
The Lead Pastors (North and South) share oversight of WayPoint Church in conjunction with the Board of Elders. Each Lead Pastor oversees their specific campus while collaborating to ensure doctrinal unity, shared vision, and organizational alignment across all locations.
