Family Pastor

Bethel Church Janesville is praying for God to send us a Family Pastor to join our strong team of three loving Pastors who already shepherd our church. We are a multigenerational church of 450+ with thriving children, youth, and adult discipleship ministries along with an active senior citizen group. With a dedication to local and international missionaries, we strive to share the love of God and the Gospel of Jesus in our own community and throughout the world. Our Family Pastor will be responsible for overseeing the children’s ministry and our adult ministry including discipleship groups. We are praying for an applicant who has a heart for teaching, a firm calling for pastoral ministry, and a commitment to Bethel’s statement of faith which can be found at this link to our website.

Education and Experiential Requirements

• Master of Divinity degree preferred, or a Bachelor’s degree in education or Christian ministry
• Prior experience in a full-time ministry position with families and children in a church setting
