Executive Pastor of Ministry

The Executive Pastor of Ministry provides overall leadership and direction for Westwood’s ministry staff, helping advance the church’s mission, vision, and strategic priorities. This role oversees ministry areas across campuses, outreach, worship, care, kids, students, connections, groups, formation, people, and strategy while partnering closely with the Senior Pastor and Director of Operations. The Executive Pastor leads strategic planning, staff development, ministry effectiveness, budgeting, partnerships, and growth initiatives while also serving in the broader pastoral responsibilities of the church.
