About Mission Kids Ministry
Mission Kids exists to lead children toward a thriving life in Jesus by creating irresistible environments where they can experience God’s love in meaningful and age-appropriate ways. Every Sunday, kids from birth through 6th grade are welcomed into safe, fun, and engaging spaces designed just for them — from the nursery to our dynamic preteen environment. We partner with parents by providing resources and encouragement to help guide their children spiritually through each unique phase of life. At Mission Kids, we’re passionate about helping kids grow in faith, build lasting friendships, and discover how much Jesus loves them as they take their first steps in following Him.
The Role
The K3 Coordinator leads the vision, strategy, and culture of the Kinder–3rd grade environment — crafting a dynamic and engaging Sunday experience where kids grow in biblical understanding and small group relationships. This role oversees large and small group programming, develops both coaches and volunteers, and drives family connection. The K3 Coordinator also oversees Kidmunity, and may provide oversight to the guest services experience within Mission Kids.
