• A champion of Mosaic’s mission and values through creating pathways that help people experience Jesus Centered lives.
• A person taking ownership for developing and leading adult discipleship programing and environments that are transformational, both for Mosaic and for the communities around us.
• A person who serves as champion and visionary for Mosaic life groups, discipleship tracks, membership, equipping classes, and adult ministries.
• A pastor who personally disciples and multiplies, with a track record of being a multiplying leader by leading through others.
• Guides those who are new to Mosaic to understand God’s story, our story, and their story, helping foster pathways to ministry roles and life giving relationships.
• A catalytic leader capable of recruiting, equipping, leading, and supporting an amazing team of volunteers that will further develop discipleship and adult ministries.
• Committed to helping Jesus-followers move beyond weekend gatherings and deepen their journey with our “personal God” through disciplines, practices, and transformational community.
• Gifted and experienced in teaching, energized to serve Mosaic through teaching 10-12 times per year at weekend gatherings.
• Provides and facilitates individualized care, counseling, and spiritual direction to congregation.
• Has a heartbeat to explore and develop ways to engage emerging generations of adults in discipleship and life mission.
