The Grinnell Campus Pastor plays a vital role in shaping the spiritual health, growth, and culture of Prairie Lakes Church. This leader serves as the shepherd of the campus—overseeing weekend services, developing staff and volunteers, and ensuring the mission and values of Prairie Lakes are lived out in everyday ministry.

Be the Face of the Church in the Community
This role is for a pastor who loves people and community. As the primary leader in Grinnell, the Campus Pastor builds meaningful relationships inside and outside the church, offering pastoral care, leading through life’s milestones and crises, and representing Prairie Lakes Church with authenticity and grace.

From supervising staff to developing high-level volunteers and student ministry leaders, the Campus Pastor invests deeply in people. This role calls for a leader who can shepherd teams, foster collaboration, and help others grow in both leadership and faith.
