NextGen Ministry Residency

The NextGen Ministry Resident is a 12-month developmental role designed to invest in and equip an emerging leader for lifelong ministry. In a smaller church setting, this role is highly relational and hands-on, focusing on building meaningful connections with kids, students, and families while helping establish simple, healthy ministry rhythms. This is not a large-program leadership role. Instead, it is an opportunity to learn how to shepherd people, build ministry from the ground up, and grow as a leader in a close-knit church community.
