Pastoral Resident

The Pastoral Residency at Eastport Baptist Church (EBC) is a full-time, 1-year position designed for a young man who is discerning and preparing for pastoral ministry. The pastoral resident will serve under the direction of the Lead Pastor and elders, with the primary goal of assisting in the general ministry of the church and gaining practical experience in pastoral leadership and care. This role will be tailored to some extent based on the resident’s gifting, future ministry goals, and the specific needs of Eastport Baptist Church.
