Campus Pastor

This is a role for a leader who has supervised teams and is ready to shepherd a campus- leading weekend services at our Cedar Falls campus, hosting and welcoming guests, helping people get connected, and providing pastoral care through weddings, funerals, crises, and one-on-one meetings. This pastor will oversee a campus staff team of 15 full-time employees, providing vision, coaching, accountability, and care.

This is a non-teaching role during Sunday services.

The Cedar Falls Campus is in a season of significant growth, with over 1,400 people gathering each week. With over a century of community impact, this Prairie Lakes Church campus is actively pursuing the vision of following Jesus together for our neighbors across the Cedar Valley. The posture and buy-in at this campus indicates a strong potential for continued growth and is well-positioned to reach more people.
