Role & Responsibilities

The Lead Pastor is the spiritual and strategic leader of the campus, responsible for:

Providing and executing a unified vision for the North Campus.
Overseeing all campus ministries and managing staff and non-staff leaders.
Preaching sermons that engage and inspire the congregation
Shephearding the flock with care and dedication
