From October 21–23, 2025, seven households gathered for Converge International Ministries’ MPD Launch, a three-day orientation and equipping experience marking the beginning or continuation of their missionary journeys.

Among them were 10 new appointees preparing for deployment, one current appointee and one returning global worker who, on behalf of her family, refreshed her understanding of Ministry Partnership Development (MPD). These couples represented a broad spectrum of Converge International Ministries teams, yet shared one united vision: asking God for a gospel movement among every least-reached people group — in our generation.

MPD Launch served as both an introduction to Converge’s culture, values and vision and a launch into the Ministry Partnership Development process. Over the three days, participants gained practical strategies for discipling potential partners, inviting them to embrace God’s heart for the nations and to live generously for His mission.

Through teaching, reflection and community, these workers left Launch equipped with the tools, clarity and spiritual grounding needed to begin their MPD journey.

As they took their first steps toward deployment, these couples embodied the heart of Converge International Ministries—to see the gospel advance until every tongue, tribe and nation has access to the life-transforming hope of Jesus Christ.
