We want to empower you to be a great leader, so you can better care for yourself, your family, and your congregation. As a matter of fact, through our network, you have access to HR services, financial planning, a wide range of support ensuring you and your church are equipped for long-term impact. So if you’re looking for support, I encourage you to lean into the relationships and the community that Converge offers. Connect with fellow leaders, find mentors who can walk with you through the challenges and take advantage of the resources we provide through your local regions. As we come together, we are stronger, and that’s the power of being part of this movement.
