Hello family. This is President Jenkins. I greet you in the name of the Lord. Today, I want to take a moment and talk to you about some things that really sets Converge apart. You know what that is? Diversity. It isn’t just a buzzword for us. It is at the heart of our movement and our mission. We are a diverse people from our leadership to our churches.

Converge as a multi-ethnic movement that embraces people from all walks of life. We believe that the body of Christ is beautifully diverse and that diversity strengthens us and strengthens our mission. We reflect the world we are called to reach and we know that our differences, whether in culture or background or experiences, makes us stronger.

We are a mosaic of believers, each bringing unique perspectives and gifts to the table. Why diversity is important to our movement, why do we believe in it so strongly? Because if we are going to reach the world for Jesus Christ, we need everyone to have a seat at the table. We need the voices of every generation, every race, every background, who are united in purpose and mission.

When we come together as one body, we can impact the world in ways we never could on our own. That’s the power of diversity. It enables us to bring the message of Jesus to every corner of the globe. As we move forward in this mission, let’s continue to celebrate and embrace the diversity that defines us.

Together, we are a powerful force for change, and together we will reach the least reached people with the gospel of Jesus Christ. God bless you.
