Children’s Pastor

Summit Church is seeking a Kids Pastor who is passionate about raising up the next generation of leaders, both within Summit Church and the capital “C” Church. This leader will provide oversight for all aspects of Kids Ministry and lay the foundation for what Kids Ministry will look like across all campuses.

Qualifications:

• Has a track record of growing a ministry with people from multi-generational backgrounds and economic statuses.
• Has experience working as an effective leader of ministry teams, with the responsibility of providing vision for volunteers.
• Has experience developing and monitoring a vibrant, creative, and attractive children’s ministry that is equally focused on family-based discipleship.
• Has experience with creativity in using children’s ministry curriculum.

• Strong, demonstrated relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Faithfully committed to personally follow and apply Biblical principles and possess a high level of integrity, loyalty, and honor for Godly leadership.
• Self-led, self-starter and goal-oriented worker.
• Results driven with a common focus of excellence throughout every assigned task.
• Energetic and enthusiastic, yet able to exude a calming influence when needed.
