The International Ministries Vision, “We are asking God for a gospel movement among every least-reached people group in our generation.” reflects a sense of urgency to raise up and equip leaders who seek the Lord, cultivate gospel movements in cross cultural contexts, and raise up future leaders.

This project seeks to help provide:

1. Strategic and organizational alignment through leadership development, collaboration and partnerships throughout Converge International Ministries and with like-minded mission agencies.
2. Create a space for global workers to mentor, strengthen and encourage one another in leadership and strategy execution.
3. Help others to formulate and execute their mission’s strategy.
