Hi!
A group of like-minded people who spur on one another, fellowship together, and desire to grow towards the Lord together – that’s what the two of us think about when we hear the word community. What are your expectations or hopes when it comes to community? How beautiful it is to be in community with others! On several occasions this month we joined friends filling couches and chairs around game tables, fire pits, dinner plates, and conversation. It is so fulfilling to us to spend time with friends like we did this month. It’s going to be tough as we spend time saying goodbye for now to many. Yet we are so excited for the community that is being knitted together in Togo, which we hope to join soon. As we live there we get to be a part of a community of people including the 11 kiddos on our team so far – how fun it will be as aunt and uncle to them!
We desire for families to partner with us to send us to Togo by February (TWO months!). Currently, we have 71% of the monthly partners that are needed for ministry life among the Gen & Watchi people where we will get to train and equip locals with the Gospel and trade skills like welding. Who is going to fill the need that remains?
